Ratanmaa Ayurveda Raw & Unprocessed Ajwain Honey comes from our own honey bee boxes, placed across agricultural fields in Surendranagar and Saurashtra, Gujarat. Ajwain honey is made by bees that visit the blossoms of the ajwain (carom) plant. It is usually darker than multi-flora honey and has a bold, slightly herbal taste. We collect it only once it has matured naturally in the hive, then pack it with care, with no added sugar and no preservatives.

How to use

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon (about 5–7 g) into a glass of lukewarm water in the morning.

  2. Stir into herbal tea, kadha or warm milk once it has cooled to a drinkable temperature.

  3. Use as a natural sweetener on toast, chilla, oats, curd or fruit.

  4. Adults can take 1–2 teaspoons a day as part of a balanced diet, or as directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner.

  5. Ayurveda advises against heating or cooking with honey, so add it to drinks only after they have cooled to warm.

Storage

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the lid tightly closed and always use a clean, dry spoon. Refrigeration is not needed. Raw honey can crystallise naturally over time. This is normal and does not mean the honey is adulterated. To make it smooth again, place the closed jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM IST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends, are dispatched on the next business day. You will receive tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch, through Bluedart, Delhivery or Tirupati Courier. Timelines can vary by location, weather and courier conditions.

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay online at checkout using any of the payment options shown there. Prepaid orders get 10% off.

Can I return or cancel my order?

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by calling +91 99046 66336 or emailing ratanmaa.ayurveda@gmail.com. As our products are consumables, we do not accept returns. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement after verification.

My honey has turned thick or grainy. Is it still good?

Yes. Raw, unheated honey can naturally crystallise over time, especially in cooler weather. This is a normal property of raw honey. To make it runny again, place the closed jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and stir. Please do not microwave it.

How should I store honey and herbal powders?

Keep honey in its closed jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate it. Always use a clean, dry spoon. Store powders in an airtight container away from moisture, and close the pack tightly after each use.

Where does your honey come from?

Our honey comes from our own bee boxes placed across farm fields in Surendranagar and Saurashtra, Gujarat. We collect it once it has naturally matured and pack it without heating or adding sugar or preservatives.

Can children and everyone in the family use these products?

Honey is not recommended for infants under 12 months. For children, and if you are pregnant, nursing, diabetic, on medication or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
