You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched.

  • If your order isΒ already dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

No Returns / No Refunds

  • All our products fall under non-returnable category.
  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Taste or preference issues

    • Expectation mismatch

    • Unsatisfactory results

Ayurvedic products work on a long-term basis, and results may vary from person to person.

Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged / Wrong Product)

We will provide replacement or exchange only if:

  1. You received a wrong product, or

  2. The product is physically damaged during delivery.

Mandatory Conditions:

  • You must share a clear unboxing video showing:
    • The sealed package

    • The issue with the product

  • Without a proper unboxing video, no exchange will be approved.

  • The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

  • We are not liable for incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Once delivered, responsibility of the product lies with the customer.
