Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and consumable products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.
No Returns / No Refunds
- All our products fall under non-returnable category.

Ayurvedic products work on a long-term basis, and results may vary from person to person.
Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged / Wrong Product)
We will provide replacement or exchange only if:

The product is physically damaged during delivery.

Without a proper unboxing video, no exchange will be approved.

The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
