Before you write to us

  • Order status: please include your order number. Tracking details are sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
  • Cancellations: orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Please call or email us as soon as possible.
  • Wrong or damaged item: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and the issue, and we will arrange a replacement after verification.
